All the information/ documents given/ will be given by the client in relation to the application are/will be genuine, true, accurate and complete and the client will only be responsible for the same if any information/ documents is found to be false and fabricated.
The processing of the visa application including Processing Time is subject to the procedures and timescales of the respective Embassy over which Makemyvisa has no control.
Grant or refusal of visa is at the sole discretion of the respective Embassy and Makemyvisa is not responsible for the same.
Any work undertaken by Makemyvisa requiring providing of documents checklists, filling up form, preparing draft cover letter will cause the client to pay its full-service charges irrespective of the fact if the application is not submitted for any reason attributable to the client.
Every information/document/rate given or provided by Makemyvisa should be confidential and cannot be shared with others.
